Kronos Quartet lands at Queen Elizabeth Hall in London on 20 November 2026 with that unmistakable way of treating the string quartet as a living, curious machine rather than a museum piece. Founded in 1973 by violinist David Harrington, the San Francisco-based group has spent decades pulling new music into the spotlight, commissioning and premiering works that stretch from contemporary composition and minimalism to film, jazz, tango and traditional sounds.
