Smote, once a solo project by Daniel Foggin and now expanded into a larger ensemble, fuses traditional instrumentation— creaking strings, heavy drums, somber brass—with powerful synthesizers and guitar to create Drone and Dirge.
A psychic journey into the ether and a sequence of invocations sustained by drone and repetition, using simple, elemental ingredients to conjure acoustic sorcery and, in their wake, summon apparitions and revelations.
Special Guest: Codex Serafini
Codex Serafini are a ritual band of Saturnine lineage from space, currently on Earth and temporarily based in Sussex. They seek to spread their message as far as possible in their present forms.
