Bais, whose legal name is Luca Zambelli Bais, born in 1993, is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Bassano del Grappa, but Milanese by adoption. His debut EP, 'Apnea', released in 2020 for Sugar, represents a fusion of pop, R&B and alternative sounds, marking the beginning of an artistic path rooted in originality and experimentation. In 2021 he also released for Sugar the first part of the discography project 'Diviso due', a concept album that reflects the intrinsic dualism of his artistic being: divided between a more accessible pop vein and a more alternative and intimate dimension. His career took a major turning point with his participation in Sanremo Giovani 2021, where he reached the final night. In March 2023 he released his second album, 'Disco due', a work that further deepens his artistic dualism. On April 11, 2025, 'Radical pop' is released, his third album, for Sugar Music. Twelve songs that explore the time that slips away, generational anxiety, loss and the ongoing search for self, between distorted guitars, analog synths and intimate lyrics. A record that moves between nostalgia and modernity, lo-fi and ultra-produced, and which Bais describes as a generational manifesto more than a collection of tracks.
