Happiness. There it is—I'm happy! It took me a long time to come to this conclusion, believe me.
Yet it takes real courage to be happy right now: climate disruption, conflicts around the world, inflation, and blah-blah-blah, and blah-blah-blah... But I’ve decided to stop caring, or almost! Once you understand that you’re not master of everything, it’s an incredibly freeing feeling.
