Info
Formed in the early 1990s in Garges-lès-Gonesse, Neg’Marrons carved out a niche in French hip-hop by blending rap, reggae and dancehall. Jacky and Ben-J, who had been part of the Secteur Ä adventure, built their signature on solid flows, sung choruses and an energy strongly marked by Caribbean sounds, between French, Creole and slang.
With albums such as Rue Case Nègres, Le Bilan and Les Liens sacrés, the duo navigates between chronicles of everyday life, lighter tracks and more personally written songs, always sustained by this back-and-forth between street rap and Jamaican pulsations. On November 21, 2026, Neg’Marrons return to Moloco in Audincourt with "Le Grand Bilan", the occasion to dive back into their classics and to rediscover a repertoire conceived for live performance, between singing, riddims and punchy verses.
