On March 14, 2027, Loreena McKennitt brings her The Mask and Mirror – 30th Anniversary Tour to Haus Auensee in Leipzig. The Canadian singer and composer has carved out a distinctive path with an individual blend of Celtic tradition, folk and global influences, often rooted in meditative soundscapes. The Mask and Mirror marked, in 1994, a phase in which she wove threads between medieval Spain, the Middle East and the Mediterranean—with ballads, instrumental pieces and adaptations of literary texts.

On stage McKennitt unfolds this sonic world with an acoustic ensemble that places her voice and delicate string arrangements at the centre.
