Gimmy (pronounced "gimmie") plays modern indie rock blending garage rock, new wave, punk rock and folk. Gimmy is the pseudonym of Byron Region artist Gemma Owens.
Gimmy is a singer-songwriter with candid lyrics and a dynamic vocal style. Her performances range from shouted passages to vibrato-led melodies. With Samson Radici (guitar), Kyle Aubrey (bass) and Barclay Israel (drums), she performs live. She plays The Hope & Ruin on 19 June 2026 at 7:00 pm.
