Melody's Echo Chamber

Melody’s Echo Chamber returns to the stage on April 25, 2026 at Le 106 in Rouen. Behind this project, the French artist Melody Prochet merges psychedelic pop with chanson in chiaroscuro, first coming to light in 2012 with a debut album shaped alongside Kevin Parker (Tame Impala). After several metamorphoses, she presents Unclouded, her fourth record, born of a search for balance and created with Swedish composer Sven Wunder. Diaphanous strings, muffled grooves and dreamy textures form shifting soundscapes in which the voice slips in with restraint and precision.

Onstage, Melody favors moods that move from intimate to vaporous, between hypnotic pulses, bright pop moments and instrumental drift. The new songs converse with standout tracks from her repertoire, creating a sonic journey that relies on nuance and detail. Misty keyboards, light guitars and cinematic arrangements outline a fluid sonic fabric, both sensitive and open, true to a songwriting that advances in small strokes rather than heavy-handed gestures.
