Info

Dara Ó Briain returns to Brussels with Re:Creation, his new live show, on 4 March 2026 at the Cirque Royal. The Irish stand-up comedian and TV presenter is known for rapid observations, sharp turns and a lot of audience interaction. He weaves science, pop culture and his Irish background into stories that tend to meander rather than remain confined to short sketches.

Born in Bray and trained in mathematics and theoretical physics at University College Dublin, Ó Briain began in Dublin's comedy scene before moving to London. Since 2005 he has been a regular on BBC Two with Mock the Week and has presented programmes such as Stargazing Live, Science Club and School of Hard Sums. He also explores gaming culture with Go 8 Bit and writes books, including science books for children, alongside a string of live recordings and international tours.

Re:Creation lets that mix of curiosity and improvisation speak again, close to the audience and with an eye for the everyday. The show takes place on 4 March 2026 at the Cirque Royal in Brussels.
