tplt Invites Trevor Jackson

After a premiere at La Java venue last November with André Pahl, Dazion and OKO DJ, we come back to the club with Trevor Jackson. This multi-creative British jack-in-the-box (graphic designer, producer, label owner, musician, DJ, compiler) has been involved in for almost 20 years but he's too rarely playing in France. Known for his hyperactivity in the music world, compiler of the 'Metal Dance' releases that focus on post-punk, synth-pop, minimal wave and other 80's-ries mainly produced in cellars and shabby bedrooms, he is also behind the compilation "Sci-Fi Dancehall Classics » that is more oriented on industrial dub (output on On-U Sound, Adrien Sharwood’s label). He is also curator of a bi-monthly show on NTS radio where he explains his vision of the weird in the music of yesterday and today with a great interest for the experiments.
