On April 11, 2027, Chantal Goya sets down her bags at the Ateliers Magiques de Dani Lary in Barbières with Au pays des étoiles, a musical show that revisits her grand book of stories. On stage, she resumes her role as a conduit of imagination and takes the audience on an adventure where songs guide the narrative, between encounters with familiar characters and choruses we all have in mind.
We find the signature style that has defined her since the 1970s, crafted with Jean-Jacques Debout: narrative numbers, a very clear diction, and this way of speaking to both children and adults. Between “Bécassine,” “Pandi-Panda,” “Un Lapin” and other cult classics, the show leans into transmission, with sets and costumes as extensions of the songs. A family-friendly, no-frills affair to share an hour of memories and fantasy.
