Catch Your Breath bring to London a melodic metalcore built in Austin, Texas, where alt-rock hooks, post-hardcore tension and electronic textures mesh without fuss. Emerging in the mid-2010s through online singles and steady shows on the Texas circuit, the band grew into wider North American tours and tightened a writing style that leans on sung refrains, dense guitars and that clean-to-harsh vocal swing driving the dynamics. The 2021 track Dial Tone amplified their reach across platforms, and in 2023 the album Shame On Me aligned the pieces: modern metal weight, accessible melodies and synth shades, with lyrics circling anxiety, disillusion and messy relationships. Live, they strip it to the essentials — vocals pushed forward, riffs and rhythm hitting in unison, electronics threading between the blows — for a set that moves fast and stays direct.
