TV-2 play a semi-acoustic concert at MCH Herning Kongrescenter in Herning on 7 November 2026. Formed in Aarhus around 1980, the quartet of Steffen Brandt, Hans Erik Lerchenfeld, Georg Olesen and Sven Gaul shaped a Danish pop rock sound that mixes new wave accents with clear melodies and lyrics grounded in everyday life. Brandt’s voice and writing set the tone while the group keeps a classic rock band dynamic focused on songs.

On stage, the semi-acoustic setup strips the arrangements without losing pulse: close-up guitars and keys, a tight rhythm section, and vocal harmonies to frame the stories. The repertoire spans a long timeline, from early records like Fantastiske Toyota (1981), Beat (1983), Nutidens unge (1984), Rigtige mænd gider ikke høre mere vrøvl (1985) and Bag duggede ruder (1987), to subsequent studio releases, live recordings and compilations. Danish-language songwriting remains the thread, carried by a direct, melodic approach and an observational tone.
