Gnags are back on stage as the band plays at Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning on 7 May 2027. Since the Aarhus Days in the 1960s, they have moved from beat and Anglo-American rock to a completely distinct Danish expression, with Peter A.G. Nielsen's voice and songwriting as the constant focal point.
The concert sets up the classic Gnags mix: rock, pop and reggae with subtle touches of funk, carried by danceable grooves and arrangements that make the choruses stick. They are storytelling songs with an eye to the times and to everyday life, and live, the band has always been at its best when the audience becomes part of it all.
