Stella Donnelly

On 2 April 2026, Stella Donnelly will be at Le Hasard Ludique in Paris. A Gallo-Australian singer-songwriter, she moves between indie rock and folk with precise songwriting, alternately playful and candid. Her supple voice carries direct melodies and stories that address everyday life without beating around the bush.

She first came to attention with Beware of the Dogs in 2019, gaining recognition with "Old Man" and "Tricks" before recording sessions for NPR Tiny Desk and KEXP. The stage quickly became her playground, from North America to Europe, with appearances at Glastonbury, Roskilde and Fuji Rock in Japan.

Donnelly has since completed recording a new album with producer Anna Laverty, continuing her path with the Secretly Canadian label, and has resumed touring the UK and Europe alongside Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever. On stage she cultivates intimacy: clean guitars, lyrics that glide from bite to tenderness, and a way of creating a living-room closeness to better deliver truths that sting a little.
