This Is Lorelei is the name Nate Amos chose for his solo songs, alongside his duo Water From Your Eyes. On stage, he unfolds a supple, melodic New York indie pop, where pop guitar, lo-fi textures, and more experimental detours cross paths without sacrificing the immediacy of the choruses.
On March 20, 2027 at Petit Bain in Paris, he will present a writing that toys with familiar forms and nudges them just enough. His album The Singer in My Band, released by Matador, starts from the foundations of the Great American Songbook to reinvent them in his own way: songs that sound already familiar, but quickly veer off into something else. Written on tour, conceived as a true road album, the record preserves that van-dream reverie, with ideas that take their time and unfold gently. A live show that promises to be tight, intimate, and moving.
