Info
The Kilkennys are four Irish, charming songbirds—Dave Cashin, Josh O'Loughlin, Mick Martin, and Tommy Mackey. The band is known for transforming the traditional Irish-Celtic tunes into modern Irish pop music.
Their unique and skilled playing style, with a wealth of instruments such as bodhran, percussion, mandolin, banjo, guitar, flute, bass, and even more besides, as well as their vocal talent, has made them a beloved band among the Irish people. The quartet has successfully toured all over the world and is, in addition to Ireland, particularly known in Scotland and the United States.
The Kilkennys have shared the stage with some of Ireland's most prominent musical icons, including Shane MacGowan and Finbar Furey. They are worthy successors to the legendary The Dubliners.
