Man/Woman/Chainsaw land in Glasgow on September 25, 2026 at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut, bringing the kind of live set that made them a name on the London circuit. Started as a teen project by Billy Ward and Vera Leppänen and now expanded into a six-piece, the band thrives on movement: songs that shift shape mid-flight, tight rhythmic pressure giving way to sudden melodic openings, then snapping back into abrasive guitars and post-punk bite.
On stage, their noise-pop tag barely covers it: there’s alternative rock heft, art-rock angles, and a collective feel where parts collide and recombine rather than sitting neatly in verse-chorus comfort. After signing to Fiction Records and dropping “Only Girl,” they’ve kept the focus where it belongs: the live room, the new material, the nervous energy that feels built for close quarters and a crowd that’s paying attention.
