Gnags return to their hometown as they take the stage at the Aarhus Congress Center on April 3, 2027. The band has roots in Aarhus and has been a staple of Danish rock since the 1960s, but it is especially in the live setting that they still have meaning: songs built for communal singing, choruses that fill the room, and a rhythmic blend of rock, pop and reggae, sometimes with a hint of funk and horns that push it all forward.
Around Peter A.G. Nielsen's distinctive voice and songwriting, the narratives find space amid the danceable grooves, where there can be both a focus on everyday life and on what moves in the times.
