On December 6, 2026, Little River Band will make a stop at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa to dive back into its stage-ready melodic rock, blending soft rock, pop rock and AOR. Born in Melbourne in 1975, the band has built its signature on tight vocal harmonies and precise arrangements, somewhere between country rock and the late-1970s California sound. On stage, one finds this highly structured writing that has yielded classics such as It’s a Long Way There, Help Is on Its Way, Reminiscing, Lady, Lonesome Loser or Cool Change, with a memorable chorus that stays in the mind and backing vocals that make all the difference. Despite numerous lineup changes over the decades, Little River Band continues to move forward mainly on the road and in concert, relying on the effectiveness of its songs and the enjoyment of playing as a group.
