Xandria

Xandria bring their symphonic metal to O2 Institute Birmingham on 19 September 2026. Formed in Germany around guitarist and keyboardist Marco Heubaum, the band progressed from atmospheric beginnings to a more orchestral, melodic approach with prominent female vocals. After several lineup changes, they returned with singer Ambre Vourvahis and the 2023 album The Wonders Still Awaiting, keeping the symphonic backbone while broadening the vocal palette. On stage, expect layered keys, melodic guitars and dynamic contrasts that link early material with recent tracks.

Sharing the bill, Seven Spires blend symphonic writing with extreme and melodic metal elements. Their sound threads dramatic arrangements through sharp riffing and tonal shifts that move from aggression to clarity without losing cohesion.

Tulip round out the lineup with a modern take on symphonic metal, combining dense electronics, groove-led guitars and soaring vocal lines to shape a spacious, cinematic texture.
