Info
House of Protection land at Scala, London on 11 July 2026. Formed in Los Angeles in 2024, the duo brings together Stephen Harrison (ex-The Chariot, Fever 333) and drummer Aric Improta (Night Verses, Fever 333). On stage they split vocals and push a mix where electronic rock, post-hardcore and alternative metal meet industrial textures. The writing is direct and contrast-driven, with tight rhythmic sections that open into broader, singable refrains.
The set leans on early singles and two EPs: It’s Supposed to Hurt (created with Jordan Fish), Learn to Forget, Being One and Pulling Teeth from GALORE (2024), then Afterlife and more from Outrun You All (2025). Their path has already crossed with Bad Omens, Poppy and Architects, and the duo also features on Architects’ track Brain Dead, a link that hints at the heavier, electronic edge running through their live sound.
Between drum-forward intensity, electronic pulses and guitars that cut through, House of Protection shape a compact, unfussy show built around impact and movement. Scala will host one of their first headline steps in London, a moment that connects the urgency of their origins with a format ready for bigger rooms.
