Agnostic Front return to Glasgow on 8 July 2026 at Audio. Born on the Lower East Side of New York at the start of the 80s around guitarist Vinnie Stigma and frontman Roger Miret, the band helped define the New York hardcore sound: short, direct songs, gang vocals and riffs that borrow from street punk, Oi! and flashes of thrash. From the first blasts of United Blood and Victim in Pain to the metallic edges of Cause for Alarm, then Another Voice, Warriors, My Life My Way, The American Dream Died, Get Loud! and Echoes in Eternity, their catalogue trace a line through themes of unity, urban life and social tension.
Onstage, expect a set that moves fast and digs deep into those eras, with tempos made for close-quarters movement and choruses built to be shouted back. The no-barrier format brings the crowd right up to the action, true to the way these songs were written and played.
