Info
On 29 August 2026 at Colchester Upper Castle Park, Fatboy Slim heads the bill. Under this alias, Norman Cook has been mixing acid house, breakbeats and pop hooks since the mid-90s, from Everybody Needs a 303 to the crossover of Praise You. In the booth, he favors sample-driven blends, quick cuts and references shaped by Brighton’s club culture. Expect a pace that moves between classics, edits and left turns.
Eats Everything arrives from Bristol with a club language that folds house and tech house into garage, breakbeat, acid and UK bass. From early singles like Entrance Song and The Size to a steady run of remixes, Daniel Pearce builds around chunky basslines and rolling rhythms. His Edible label and regular link-ups with Fatboy Slim feed an approach that stays mobile, direct and tailored to big dancefloors.
Horse Meat Disco completes the line-up. Born out of London’s queer club scene at the Eagle in Vauxhall, the collective of James Hillard, Jim Stanton, Luke Howard and Severino Panzetta blends disco, boogie, Italo, house, soul and hi-NRG with a crate-digging approach. Their selections connect staples, lesser-known cuts and recent productions, and their own tracks — up to the album Love and Dancing — extend that dialogue between New York and European dance music.
