Vulfpeck

Vulfpeck play The O2 in London on 8 July 2026. Formed in 2011 in Ann Arbor by Jack Stratton, Theo Katzman, Joe Dart and Woody Goss, the American group shaped its identity around a stripped-back, studio-musician ethos inspired by an interview with producer Reinhold Mack. Early EPs set the tone before a run of albums that mapped their methodical evolution: Thrill of the Arts (2015), The Beautiful Game (2016), Mr Finish Line (2017) and Hill Climber (2018). A live recording at Madison Square Garden in 2019 marked a key step, followed by Schvitz (2022) and Clarity of Cal (2025).

On stage, Vulfpeck keep it lean and collective: minimal setup, sharp arrangements, and a rotation of collaborators that leaves space for each instrument. The quartet’s autonomy via Vulf Records and their consistent, ensemble-first approach drive a set built on crisp grooves, unison hits and quick shifts from taut funk to soulful hooks. Expect a show where the rhythm section anchors everything, vocals and keys slide in and out of focus, and the band’s dry sense of timing threads the whole performance without frills.
