The Molotovs will perform on October 1, 2026 at 6:00 PM at La Machine du Moulin Rouge.
The band formed in London during the venue closures, with Matt (vocals/guitar) and his sister Issey Cartlidge (bass/vocals), joined by drummer Noah Riley. After starting out busking on Oxford Street and in Camden, they went on to play numerous gigs.
Their sound blends new wave, punk and indie sleaze, with a mod-inspired aesthetic — a nod to The Jam and the Sex Pistols. They’ve shared the stage with The Libertines, Blondie and Iggy Pop, and Paul Cook of the Sex Pistols joined them for "God Save the Queen."
Their debut album, Wasted on Youth, was released on Marshall Records in 2026, featuring tracks such as "Today’s Gonna Be Our Day."
