Terror grew out of the Los Angeles hardcore scene in the early 2000s around vocalist Scott Vogel. Their sound sits between fast hardcore punk and metal edges: tight riffs, marked breakdowns, direct vocals, lyrics about the scene, social pressure and persistence. From Lowest of the Low and One with the Underdogs to Keepers of the Faith, Total Retaliation and Pain Into Power (cut with former guitarist Todd Jones), the line stays lean and focused. On stage, the formula is compact and rhythm-first, built for close contact with the room.
Stick To Your Guns, from Orange County, have been shaping a clear, message‑driven hardcore since the mid‑2000s. Led by Jesse Barnett, they balance urgency with reflection, from For What It’s Worth, Comes from the Heart and The Hope Division to the turning point Diamond, then Disobedient, True View and Spectre in 2022. Their live approach favors cohesion and precision, channeling the band’s collective pulse into a set that carries the night forward.
