Subsonica: Terre Rare 96 - 26

On 29 June 2026 at Sequoie Music Park in Bologna, Subsonica present Terre Rare 96–26, a journey through their Turin-born blend of alternative rock, electronics and Italian pop writing. Formed in 1996 by Samuel Romano, Max Casacci, Boosta, Ninja and Vicio, the band have built a sound where guitars, synths and tight basslines lock into grooves that nod to techno, trip hop and drum’n’bass, with Italian vocals cutting through.

The set draws across their catalogue, from the early pulse of Subsonica and Microchip Emozionale to the melodic turns of Amorematico or Una nave in una foresta, and the more recent textures of 8 and Realtà aumentata. On stage, the group work in layers and dynamics: riffs and sequencers interlock, beats swing between urban tension and spacious atmospheres, and hooks keep a clear pop edge without losing the nocturnal feel that runs through their music. Terre Rare 96–26 maps three decades of writing and live energy, stitching cornerstone tracks with fresh arrangements and the tight interplay of a band that composes with machines and plays like a rock unit.
