Heroe

Heroe arrives at La Boule Noire in Paris on 29 September 2026 with the intimate, sensitive and vaporous pop he has been crafting since the start of his career. With failles, his first album in French, Mehdi Nacer delves into direct, image-rich songwriting, supported by organic production and lo-fi textures. One thinks of the organic sound of Patrick Watson, the pen of Terrenoire, or the melancholy of Bon Iver, yet his voice and guitars draw a clear line between hushed folk and an indie surge.

Nurtured from an early age by the guitar, anglophone films and series, and the dreampop reveries of Daughter and Angus & Julia Stone, Heroe first emerged online before refining his live show on Normandy stages. His path is marked by an English-language EP, You, collaborations (including “Leaving” with Rxseboy) and studio encounters with Arthur Lacroix and Marc Le Goff, the producers of failles. Having switched to French to be understood without filters, he embraces a luminous melancholy that on stage finds a stripped-back, warm setting. His track “heureux,” released at the end of 2025, circulated widely and is already among the anticipated songs. An evening to enter his imagination, between sung confidences and images that linger.
