Founded in London in 1969, Uriah Heep built a signature where early hard rock meets progressive impulse: forceful riffs, organ to the fore and vocal harmonies. Around Mick Box’s guitar—he has been with the band since its inception—the group made its mark with Very ’eavy… Very ’umble and Salisbury, then refined its formula on Demons and Wizards and The Magician’s Birthday, alternating between epic formats and acoustic respites. In the 1980s the songwriting became more direct on Abominog without abandoning the choral choruses, and the story continued through Chaos & Colour in 2023.
On 16 November 2026 at the Casino de Paris, Uriah Heep revisits this journey: prominent keyboards, crisp guitars and voices in chorus. The set draws from 1970s classics and recent songs, creating a back-and-forth between hard-rock tension and more open passages, faithful to the band’s DNA.
