Ondara presents The Jet Stone Conspiracy at the Café de la Danse on June 9, 2026. Born in Nairobi and later based in Minneapolis, the songwriter crafts a folk rooted in voice and acoustic guitar, where exile, identity and the blind spots of the American dream feed songs with precise storytelling. Spotted on the local scene, he released Tales of America in 2019, an album nominated for a Grammy in the Americana category, followed during the lockdown by Folk N’ Roll Vol. 1: Tales of Isolation (2020), more direct, and then Spanish Villager No. 3 in 2022, built around an alter ego and open to band arrangements, situated between indie rock and touches of soul.
