Hometown duo DC and Hooks shape a sound that moves between house, dubstep, drum & bass and hip-hop textures, anchored by heavy bass and tight grooves. From their early years as Mass Productions to major festival stages, they’ve built a live approach driven by sharp transitions and selections that pull from across electronic subcultures. Their sets often swing from low-slung rollers to high-energy blowups, stitched together with precise, no-frills mixing.
Alongside them, Los Angeles producer Dr. Fresch delivers a muscular blend of house, bass house and g-house influences, built on punchy drums, spoken hooks and thick low end. Between club-ready originals, collaborations and releases via his House Call Records imprint, he lines up selections that lock a dancefloor and set the tone for Zeds Dead’s bass-forward ride at RBC Amphitheatre.
