Marco Mendoza is coming to Q-Factory in Amsterdam on 10 September 2026. The American bassist and singer, known from Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake and The Dead Daisies, will put his solo work front and center. Not a nostalgia set, but songs that balance between hard rock and blues, driven by his warm vocals and tight, groove-driven bass lines. Live he ramps up the intensity, leaving room for dynamics and subtle improvisation. Tracks from Viva La Rock and New Direction gain a rougher edge, supplemented by a few nods to his rich past without lingering on it.
Support comes from Lord Bishop Rocks. This Germany-based international power trio opens with pure rock: heavy riffs, a solid groove and a frontman who lets his guitar speak as directly as his voice. Expect a compact, energetic warm-up that dovetails seamlessly with the main act, with bluesy accents and a touch of funk for extra momentum.
