Noëlle Perna, aka Mado la Niçoise, will be at the Pasino GRAND Partouche Aix-en-Provence on April 29, 2027 with her new show, Mado Does Her Cabaret. The queen of the Nice bar counter is leaving the solo format to stage a full revue, led in her own way: straight talk, a keen eye for observation, and sharp comebacks.

Here, Mado invites other artists, welcomes them, teases them and puts them to the test. Whether they have insiders’ backing or not, each must prove what they’re made of under her mischievous gaze. Between guest acts and improvised interjections, she sets the tone, keeps things on track, re-energizes the flow and puts everyone at ease with her Niçois accent and expressive gestures.

You’ll find the everyday theatre she has cultivated since the start of her career: barroom conversations, neighborhood stories, little quirks and major faults, all served up close to the audience. A cabaret on her terms—lively and rhythmic—where Mado assigns the roles, shakes up her collaborators and, over the course of the evening, lets the talents she’s sensed emerge.
