Superbus

Superbus will perform on December 18, 2026 at Le Cube in Troyes. Formed in the late 1990s around singer and guitarist Jennifer Ayache, the band draws a clear line between incisive pop and rock energy, with nods to punk and new wave. On stage, their formula remains direct: taut guitars, choruses that stick in your head, and a rhythm section built for live shows.

The set draws from a now-familiar repertoire: "Radio Song," "Butterfly," "Lola," "Addictions" and "Travel the World," as well as selections from albums that marked their path, from Aéromusical to Pop’n’Gum, then Wow and Lova Lova. The band has also managed to slip electronic textures into their sound without losing their rock drive—an evolution heard on their recent projects that makes perfect sense in concert.

Propelled by Jennifer Ayache’s clear, playful voice, the group delivers effective melodies and a knack for hooks that bridge generations. In Troyes, expect a tight sequence alternating between signature songs and newer tracks, all delivered with the rhythmic precision and stage energy that have forged the quintet’s reputation on the French pop-rock scene.
