On stage he unveils a gallery of characters we’ve all come across: the loudmouth friend, the overly curious neighbor, the uncle who thinks he knows everything, the passerby caught in a misunderstanding. He does accents, shifts pace, moves from the absurd to the very concrete, and tells of that everyday life where anything can tip over for no reason at all. Behind the punchlines he keeps a tender gaze that lets him speak about family, origins and friendships without being heavy-handed, with his own sharp sense of observation.
