Feu! Chatterton

Feu! Chatterton will be performing at the Arkéa Arena in Floirac on December 17, 2026. Driven by Arthur Teboul’s pen and a band that mixes sharp guitars, synthetic keyboards and precise rhythms, the quintet navigates between rock, new wave and contemporary chanson. Since Ici le jour (a tout enseveli), then L’Oiseleur and Palais d’argile, the Parisians have established a musical vocabulary in which a spoken-sung delivery flirts with electric surges, starker interludes and choruses that linger.

On stage, Feu! Chatterton deploys a range of dynamics that moves from electronic washes to more organic pushes, with careful attention to the lyrics and the band’s internal tension. This date in Floirac takes the form of a journey through their repertoire, from early tracks to more recent pieces, following the thread of the urban poetry that defines them. It’s an opportunity to rediscover their expansive sound, their meticulous arrangements and the collective energy that breathes life into their songs in a version crafted for the large hall.
