DHP Presents: THE MAGIC NUMBERS
On December 3, 2026, The Magic Numbers will play at Bristol Beacon in Bristol for an evening focused on what has always been their strength: the band's chemistry and vocal harmonies. Formed in the early 2000s to the west of London around two sibling pairs—Romeo and Michele Stodart on one side, Angela and Sean Gannon on the other—the quartet moves between indie rock, alternative rock, and a quiet but tenacious folk-pop.
On stage, their songs take on added depth: soft guitars, direct melodies, alternating vocals, and this way of advancing tracks through collective energy rather than showmanship. From their early albums to their more recent records, their repertoire rests on a simple balance between rock energy and restrained arrangements, with occasionally a plainer approach inherited from their acoustic sets.
