Poylow

Born in 1999, Paul Samra developed an early self-taught path as a producer in France, composing his first pieces in adolescence before consolidating his work from Bordeaux, where he is now based. Initially active under the name Midranger, he explored multiple branches of bass music and electronic music — from dubstep to future garage, via midtempo and drum and bass — in an experimental phase that shaped his production approach. The Poylow project then extends this trajectory with a tighter identity, still rooted in EDM and rhythmically dynamic electronic music, but with a marked taste for melodic textures and short formats. Poylow thus moves between festival-oriented tracks and more hybrid productions, suited both to streaming and to electronic playlists. Notable titles associated with Poylow include "Hate You", "Friday" and "Victory". Through the evolution from Midranger to Poylow, Paul Samra situates himself within a French electronic scene nourished by interactions between the internet, digital labels and contemporary bass cultures.
