Antichrist Siege Machine

Active in Richmond, Virginia since the mid-2010s, Antichrist Siege Machine operates in a space between black metal, death metal and war metal. The project functions as a duo, reflected in a tight songwriting approach of short tracks, blast-like drumming and compact riffs that favor impact over showmanship. After several underground releases, Antichrist Siege Machine issued Purifying Blade in 2022 and Vengeance of Eternal Fire in 2024, two albums that extend a dark, belligerent aesthetic nourished by imagery of blasphemy, war and destruction. Their sound mixes the urgency of the rawest black/death with an almost punk-like execution, while remaining firmly within extreme metal.
