Active on the French electronic scene, KX9000 develops music that crosses house, electro-funk, space disco, broken beat and touches of city pop, with a marked taste for supple rhythms, rounded basslines and melodic textures drawn as much from the club as from warmer repertoires. A producer and DJ, KX9000 first gained attention with a series of EPs released on several European labels, including Pont Neuf, OATH, Disco Express, Apparel Wax and theBasement, charting a trajectory rooted in contemporary house and disco scenes. His sets have taken him to clubs such as Rex Club, IBOAT, Sisyphos and Goya, as well as festivals like Marvellous Island, Madame Loyal and Insula, where KX9000 presents a repertoire that is both danceable and detailed. In 2025 KX9000 announces Dream Log, a project bringing together several guest artists and extending a path where 1980s references, Chicago house and a current approach to electronic production meet.
