Heard Right

Based in Minsk, Belarus, Jenya Yalovchik develops under the name Heard Right a project focused on melodic house and progressive house, with a fluid electronic writing, airy textures and a marked taste for clear harmonic lines. Active since the late 2010s, Heard Right first made a name on the progressive scene with a series of club-oriented releases but built with a constant melodic sense, before broadening into more atmospheric and vocal formats. His discography sits in the orbit of labels such as Purified, Colorize, Rose Avenue, Monstercat Silk and Mango Alley, placing Heard Right at a crossroads between deep progressive, organic house and melodic electronica. Among career milestones are the track ’Hope’, released in 2021 with OAI, as well as the album Dreams, released in 2023 on Purified Records, where Heard Right develops a more narrative format with several vocal collaborations. Alongside his solo productions, Heard Right regularly appears alongside other artists in the melodic scene, in a collaborative dynamic that accompanies the evolution of his sound without changing its main line: precise music, emotional without excess, designed as much for listening as for the dancefloor.
