Nakadia

Raised in a rural area of Thailand, Nakadia began DJing in 2002 and has since become a steady presence on the international techno circuit. Both her sets and productions rely on a direct, dynamic techno focused on the impact of rhythm, with acid touches, tense buildups and a groove-driven approach that retains a physical, celebratory quality. Nakadia built her career between Asia and Europe, appearing regularly in clubs and festivals dedicated to electronic music and later touring internationally. On the production side, she has released tracks on labels such as Filth on Acid, Intec, Codex and Set About, placing her work firmly within a contemporary, no-nonsense club techno tradition. Her story is also told in the autobiography Positive Energy (2021), which frames Nakadia’s trajectory within a social context far removed from the usual paths of the Western electronic scene. Since the early 2000s, Nakadia has maintained a continuous presence as a Thai DJ and producer on the techno scene.
