Tham

Based in Berlin, Tham developed through direct immersion in the capital’s club scene, in an environment where techno ranges from hypnotic formats to more frontal, industrial expressions. As a DJ and producer, Tham has gradually established himself in Berlin’s underground via residencies and lasting ties to platforms such as SYNOID, Griessmuehle and Lebendig, situating his trajectory within a demanding, nocturnal club culture focused on the dancefloor. His work relies on physical, taut techno built around punchy kicks, complex grooves, dark textures and incisive synth lines, with constant attention to repetition, pressure-building and hypnotic effect. This aesthetic is present both in his productions and in his sets, conceived to keep movement going while maintaining a dense, direct sonic line. Through his club appearances and releases under the name Tham, he is part of a generation of Berlin artists characterized by an immersive, functional approach clearly oriented toward the collective dancefloor experience.
