Rich NxT

Anchored in East London, Rich NxT has been active on the British electronic scene since the mid-2000s with an approach centred on groove, swing and a very flexible rhythmic structure. Influenced by jungle, rave and English club culture, he has developed a language between house and minimal house, with an attention to detail that favors rounded basslines, mobile percussion and tracks that are both warm and taut. Involved in the early days of Fuse, Rich NxT contributed to the rise of a distinct London sound associated with long mixing passages and progressive dynamics, while gradually asserting his own identity in the studio and behind the DJ booth. His discography has been built through releases on Hot Creations, FUSE, LOCUS, Eastenderz and PIV, alongside his own imprints NxT Records and What NxT. Rich NxT has also performed at venues and events such as fabric in London, DC10 in Ibiza, Amnesia, Drumsheds, The Warehouse Project and BRET, in a career that links clubs, festivals and the European underground scene.
