Wildstylez
Born in Veenendaal in the Netherlands, Joram Metekohy developed the Wildstylez project in the second half of the 2000s after producing under the name Seizure with Ruben Hooyer. Wildstylez released his first solo maxi in 2007 on Scantraxx Reloaded and quickly established himself on the Dutch hardstyle scene with a melodic, dense and direct sound built around clean kicks, bright synths and prominent vocal choruses. In 2008, Wildstylez formed the duo Project One with Headhunterz; the album Headhunterz & Wildstylez Present: Project One was released that same year and marked an important milestone in the evolution of melodic hardstyle. Over the years Wildstylez has collaborated with Noisecontrollers, Brennan Heart, Alpha², Max Enforcer, D-Block & S-te-Fan and Hardwell, while remaining connected to the genre’s major events, notably through several anthems for Defqon.1 in 2010 and 2012 and for Qlimax in 2017. After co-founding the label Digital:Age with Noisecontrollers in 2010, Wildstylez launched Lose Control Music in 2013 and, together with Headhunterz, Art of Creation in 2018. His discography also includes the solo album Lose Control, released in 2015.
