The Ramona Flowers
Formed in Bristol, UK, the quartet The Ramona Flowers has been crafting an alternative pop sound since the early 2010s, blending indie rock, synth-pop, and electronic textures. The name The Ramona Flowers is taken from the Scott Pilgrim comic-book character, a nod to pop culture that permeates the band’s visual and musical world. Driven by a melodic vocal and arrangements centered on synths, guitars, and pronounced rhythms, their songs move between stage-ready anthems and more introspective cuts. After several early singles and EPs, The Ramona Flowers released the album Dismantle And Rebuild in 2014, followed by Part Time Spies in 2016, establishing their mix of electronic pop and atmospheric rock. Subsequent releases came as new short-form projects and one-off collaborations, notably the single “Up All Night” with Nile Rodgers, which pushed the band’s sound further toward a dance-leaning, radio-pop aesthetic. Active across UK and European stages, The Ramona Flowers continues to hone accessible melody while maintaining a clearly identifiable indie and electronic core.
