Neil Young
Neil Young needs no introduction. Born in Toronto in 1945, the guitarist first made his mark with Buffalo Springfield, which disbanded in 1968 after releasing three albums. He then went solo, issuing his self-titled debut that same year—the first in a long series. While recording his second album, Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, Neil Young teamed up with the band Crazy Horse. After that acclaimed musical chapter, he resumed his solo career and built an international reputation, with albums selling in the millions. In 1995, his achievements were further recognized when Neil Young was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In 2010, after a long run of albums, collaborations, and live recordings from prestigious concerts, he showed he could still craft weighty, profound records. The result was Le Noise, which earned a Grammy Award and a Juno Award. In 2013, Neil Young returned to France to perform with Crazy Horse, appearing at the Big Festival and at Les Vieilles Charrues.
