Madeline Juno
Born in 1995 in Offenburg, Germany, Madeline Juno has gradually established herself as a singer-songwriter in contemporary German-language pop. After an online debut as a teenager, she signed in the early 2010s and released the single «Error» in 2013, which was included on the soundtrack for the film «Fack ju Göhte». Her debut album, «The Unknown» (2014), entirely in English, established a melodic pop aesthetic marked by electro-pop textures and piano ballads. The same year she took part in Germany's Eurovision selection with «Like Lovers Do», bringing her to national television. With «Salvation» (2016) and especially «DNA» (2017), she shifted toward German and refined a style centered on introspective lyrics addressing relationships, vulnerability and identity-building. The albums «Was bleibt» (2019) and «Besser kann ich es nicht erklären» (2020) continued this sensitive pop direction, blending restrained electronic production, understated guitars and more classic song structures. Now established in the German-language pop scene, Madeline Juno plays numerous club shows and festivals and collaborates in the studio while maintaining a very personal songwriting approach.
