Dario Nunez

Anchored in the Spanish house scene, between Ibiza and Vitoria, Dario Nuñez has developed since the 2000s a career as a DJ and producer focused on direct, rhythmic and functional club house, at the crossroads of jacking house, groove and touches of progressive house. Dario Nuñez has built his work both in clubs and in the studio, with residencies cited at Bora Bora Ibiza as part of Made in Ibiza, at Baccanali Ibiza and at The Room in Vitoria — landmarks that firmly place him within Spain’s party circuits. His productions are released notably through his label Soleado Recordings, an extension of an aesthetic geared toward dancefloor effectiveness, pronounced basslines and structures designed for mixing. Over the course of his career Dario Nuñez has also played in numerous countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia and North Africa, an international trajectory that accompanies the evolution of a sound calibrated for contemporary house stages. His work alternates between studio releases, label activity and a regular presence behind the decks, maintaining a coherent line linked to Spanish club culture.
